Factory Reset Grandstream

Factory Reset your Grandstream GRP26 series phone

1. Press menu “Menu”
2. Navigate to “Settings”
3. Navigate to “Advanced Settings”
4. Select “Factory Reset” and confirm to restart your phone, after which it will be successfully reset.

Factory Reset Grandstream GXP phone

1. Press “Menu.”
   
   
2. Press “Config” or “System”
   
   
   
3. Navigate down to the “Factory Reset” option and press “Menu” or “OK” depending on the model.
   
   
   
4. Select and confirm “OK” to restart your phone, after which it will be successfully reset.
